Minimum Requirements:
- A relevant degree or diploma.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in an IT support environment.

- Fast and self-learning abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Maintenance: Oversee the group's ICT infrastructure, including:
- IT Hardware: Procurement, setup, maintenance, and replacement processes.
- Networking and Cabling: Ensure consistent high standards throughout the group.
- Connectivity: Data, voice, telephony - monitoring, troubleshooting, and management.
- Desktop Security: Monitor and manage antivirus and patch management.
- User Security Awareness: Provide input into training.
- Desktop Support Services.
- Escalation Contact: Serve as the point of contact for in-country IT teams.
- Supplier Relationships: Ensure positive management with in-country IT teams.
- Google Workspace: Administration and adoption.
- Other Responsibilities: Firewalls, VPN, queueing systems, CCTV.
