Rental Services
Develop and implement rental business strategy for new markets and grow the customer base through shutdowns/turnarounds and planned maintenance.
Collaborate with internal sales teams to develop tailored rental solutions to meet client needs.
Identify key industry trends and market shifts to capitalize on emerging rental opportunities.
Ensure that rental pricing is kept updated.
Work closely with sales and service teams to improve rental processes in order to drive profitability on a national scale.
Provide support nationally when required with rental presentations and negotiations with potential clients to secure new business opportunities.
Prepare and present rental proposals for sales teams or prospective clients.
Coordinate and manage rental equipment fleet.
Contract Management
Prepare and present service contracts proposals and service level agreements to prospective clients in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the sales team in negotiating contract prices with customers.
Respond to customer queries about contract offerings.
Provide timely responses to queries, either via email, telephonic, or any other method required by the client.
Manage overall contract efficiency and profitability in accordance with contract performance criteria, as well as any out-of-scope contracting operations required.
Administration
Provide timely responses to queries, either via email, telephonic, or any other method required by the client.
Provide accurate and timely quotes and brochures to customers.
Continually manage opportunities on CRM.
Provide weekly reports on current rental projects.
Ensure that Fuel Reports, Expense Claim Forms, Leave Forms, Cell phone statements, etc., are submitted to the relevant departments on time.
Submit Monthly Planners to the Rental & Workshop Manager.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with the Principles of Business and Code of Conduct in the Dräger Group and local laws and regulations.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health laws and other applicable regulations.
Communications and Brand
Support brand recognition.
Manage relationships with distributors, customers, and all employees within your scope of responsibility.
Regulatory Affairs and Quality
Ensure effective day-to-day quality management of processes within your area of responsibility.
Assist with any audits as required.
