Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and solve all IT-related tasks in production areas, including equipment, computers, networks, etc.
- Make recommendations on technology resource purchases, improvements, and best practices.
- Research current and potential resources and services.
- Handle confidential information in accordance with current policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain local and international networks to optimize performance.
- Maintain a knowledge base of procedures and solutions to commonly reported faults.
- Connect and set up hardware, load required software, and ensure software licensing compliance.
- Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software.
- Install, administer, maintain, and troubleshoot all hardware, software, and network operating systems.
- Analyze and diagnose computer hardware, software, and network problems.
- Install, replace, and test new and repaired hardware.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Relevant BCom Degree in IT from a reputable institution
- 5 years relevant and proven work experience
- Valid Driver's License and own vehicle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and driven company environment
