Role Description
You will be joining a team of ambitious professionals who have a vision that embraces change and an everlasting passion for technology. This is a full-time on-site role for a 2nd line IT Support Specialist. The individual will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, help desk support for general IT, networking, and Hosted Communications systems, and ensuring their smooth operation.
Qualifications
- Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support skills
- Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software and hosted communication/collaboration systems
- Knowledge of IT best practices and help desk procedures
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration is essential
- Microsoft Teams and Teams Phone solutions experience is desirable
- Experience with Cyber Security and Firewalls
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Mobile Device troubleshooting and management
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
