The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for driving sales by targeting clients needing staffing support. Additionally, this role focuses on targeting companies for temporary staffing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses meet their staffing needs.
This role is a 3-month fixed term position that is office-based in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will also be required to work from 2pm to 10pm.
How you will make a difference:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and target potential clients for both permanent placements and temporary staffing services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to promote recruitment services and demonstrate the value proposition.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the specific needs of each client.
Temporary Staffing Services:
- Target companies needing temporary staffing solutions, offering flexible and efficient staffing options.
- Work closely with clients to understand their temporary staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage and coordinate the placement of temporary staff, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide a high level of customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and positive relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of recruitment and staffing services.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales manager to support strategic planning and decision-making.

- Proven experience in sales in the recruitment, or staffing services industry.
- Previous track record of success in B2B sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
