Job Purpose: Business Analyst - Digital
As a Business Analyst in the digital domain, you act as a liaison between stakeholders and the IT team. Your role is to analyze business needs and recommend technology or process solutions that align with organizational goals. Specifically, you will focus on enhancing marketing and leasing processes, broker interactions, and website user experiences. You will also lead testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Work with users to define concepts and gather requirements under the guidance of senior analysts and architects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between business and IT stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Analysis and Documentation: Use various techniques to elicit and evaluate requirements, document business, functional, and non-functional needs, and create user guides and process maps.
- Testing Support: Assist in developing test scripts, executing tests, and managing ongoing testing and solution releases.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders and sponsors.
- Multi-tasking: Effectively manage and engage in multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Education: BSc or BA degree in Information Systems.
- Certifications: CCBA qualification or a Diploma in Business Analysis is advantageous.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Digital Business Analysis, with a focus on large enterprise or e-business systems.
