Operations Solutions Management:
1-2 years: Experience in a role responsible for direct management of an operational team.
5-7 years: Experience in a role that involves applying business management knowledge and expertise, in being accountable for department and team performance, within the parameters of relevant policies, processes and procedures, across various and multiple facets of driving operations in line with strategy.
