Job DescriptionRev & Regs are recruiting for an IT Assistant position for a well-established, and reputable law firm in Sevenoaks. With a friendly and warm team, they are one of the most highly regarded firms in the area.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with external IT company and other 3rd parties to log and resolve IT issues.
- Administration of telecoms systems – create and delete users, log faults, change voicemail passcodes, set up softphone licences etc.
- Set up users with Land Registry accounts. Reset accounts if there are issues.
- Request new users, new hardware and closure of work accounts.
- Handle hardware issues on site to include cabling, monitor faults, keyboard/mice issues, speechmikes, foot pedals and Tinys (in conjunction with external IT company).
- Assist with the setting up of video calls in the meeting rooms.
- Comprehensive understanding of all applications to assist with day-to-day queries from users.
- Updating of internal intranet page.
Experience Required:
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Clear communicator on both the telephone and via email.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent organisational skills & time management.
- Ability to pick things up quickly.
Location: Sevenoaks
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + benefits package (includes paid parking)
