FPG are recruiting on behalf of our customer, a leading international provider of advanced telecommunications solutions.
They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business & Project Administrator to join our expanding team. We specialize in mission-critical networks and digital transformation, offering innovative technology solutions that optimize and modernize existing networks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager with administrative tasks
- Document and follow up on key actions and decisions from meetings
- Ensure resource availability and assist with scheduling
- Plan travel arrangements for project teams
- Collaborate with various departments as needed
Skills and Expectations:
- Proficient in IT, including MS Word, Teams, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with file management, transcription, and other administrative processes
- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
Desirable Experience:
- Prior experience in project coordination within telecommunications
Compensation & Benefits:
- 20 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays

This is a full-time role (37 hours/week) based in our Gloucester office. The working hours are:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
