Job DescriptionTHE COMPANY:
Our client is a successful banking firm with a strong global presence across wholesale and capital markets.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Undertaking Certification issuance process
- Prepare and deliver presentations on the Certification Regime or other related topics to audiences of varying seniority.
- Provision of Management Information and attending relevant internal meetings
- Respond to queries from across the business relating to SMCR matters
- Advise business in best practice and opportunities
- Supervise and quality assure the work of the department
- Conduct training
- Identify improvement opportunities
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Previous experience in SMCR - essential
- Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate to advanced)
- Experience of HR systems
- Knowledge of the PRA Rulebook relating to SMCR matters
- Ideally knowledge of banking products and services and exposure to financial services environments
