We're looking for a Campaign Manager for music and brand accounts that will deliver amplification campaigns across leading social platforms. You'll help develop incredible creative programs for your clients - devising lead concepts for TikTok creators to execute with the objective of creating trending TikTok sounds. You will oversee the influencer programs, working with creators who demonstrate good engagement and value for each specific campaign.
We operate across the full social spectrum including TikTok, Insta, X and YouTube. The work is a blend of data analysis, earned media, content creation and influencer program activation. Responsibilities
- Outreach and onboarding efforts with talent to develop innovative and high-impact partnerships
- Track, analyze and communicate quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners
- Uncover the client's needs, desires, and objectives, and craft a creative solution that aligns with these needs
- Consistently producing heavy-hitting ideas and campaigns on brief, on time and across any media without constant oversight
- Simultaneously manage multiple social projects with varying deadlines
- Create content for prospective and live client campaigns which deliver reach and measurable impact
- Gather and add learnings and insights to make concise, relevant recommendations.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Run influencer marketing campaigns on TikTok with examples of successful campaigns they have run to show during the interview process
- Understanding historic and current trends on TikTok
- Ability to quickly build a network of social creators and publishers
- Experience in either the music or brnad industry specialising in creator led campaigns
- 2+ years working with influencers
- Existing creator network a plus
- Strong knowledge of the music landscape
