For our department Group Strategy & Development/M&A at our Headquarters, we are looking for an Manager Strategy & Development / M&A (f/m/d).
As part of a small team that advises CEO, CFO & the whole Managing Board on strategy and manages development & M&A initiatives, the role will allow to make a significant contribution to some of the Group's most important projects.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and proactive team player who loves working in a high intensity environment (willing to get his/her hands dirty and play whatever role the team needs), has an outstanding level of curiosity and very strong analytical skills to grasp quickly the fond of complex strategic issues, while always aiming to make a significant contribution.
The role is based in Heidelberg and reporting solid line to the Director Group Strategy & Development / M&A.

Contribute to the development of the company's strategy (Group, Area & Country level
Steer M&A projects (incl. partnership) & post-merger (or carve-out) activities
Manage projects & global initiatives, high degree of autonomy (Country, Area and Group-level)
