Educational Requirements: - Grade 12 (Matric) or Equivalent
- Technical Diploma or equivalent and Sales and Marketing qualification will be beneficial.

Work Experience and Core Competency Requirements: - 2 4 years experience in a Technical Service or Sales position in the chemical cleaning industry.
- Training Experience Beneficial.
- Knowledge and Experience of technical systems, equipment, food processing and poultry plants for the chemical industry will be beneficial.
Duties: (Summarised) - Achieving Sales Budget by presenting and selling company products and services to pre-identified customers
- Develop, Maintain and Expand current Customer base through building a harmonious and service orientated relationship with clients.
- Identify and resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Manage account services through quality checks.
- Conduct on site client training as and when required.
- Responsible for Regular Wash Audits.
- Taking of swabs and give feedback as and when required.
- Conducting titration tests as and when required as per service level agreement (if in place)
- Responsible for placing of orders of customers.
- Follow up and feedback to the customers on all queries (deliveries, orders, credits, customer complaints).
- Responsible for ensuring the customer complaints are handled timeously and feedback on outcomes is communicated with the customer.
- Plot the results on a trend and communicate with the customer.
- Act as liaison in the coordination of information and services between the customer and business.
- Conduct installation, inspection, maintenance and repairs to equipment.
- Oversees and facilitates product delivery and equipment installation.
- Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products.
- Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
- Keeping customers informed about new technological products and solutions.
- Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products.
- Enhance new business development within the existing customer base, by providing solutions and introducing new products and or enhanced solutions.
- Drafting and presenting of quotations and proposals.

- Reporting on sales activities, submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports and proposals as per the measurement criteria as stipulated.
- Submission of customer documentation as required.
- Preparing of monthly reports and monthly meetings with management outside of formal meetings
- Regular written communication confirming activities to all growers and respective management.
- Establishing trends and graphs of water micro or surface swab results monthly per customer.
