***THIS POSITION REQUIRES PREMIUM BRAND MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE*** This dealership is committed to delivering service excellence, and we are seeking a committed and "on the ball" Service Manager to uphold and enhance the outstanding service provided by this well-established premium brand motor dealership. In this role, you will oversee technical and frontline staff, manage budgets, handle reporting, and resolve any issues that arise. A minimum of 3 years of recent Service Management experience within a premium brand dealership is required and non-negotiable.
Job Requirements Matric Certificate
A Business Degree/Diploma is beneficial
Technical training/mindedness is beneficial
A valid Drivers License
Have at least 3 RECENT years of Service Management experience in a premium brand franchised motor dealership
Excellent leadership and customer service skills
Above average business acumen and highly service driven
Working knowledge of a DMS
Stable work history
