MISSION STATEMENT:
Inoxico is emerging as a leading provider of data on companies in Africa. Our customers primarily use this data to assess credit risks with their trade partners or to check if their suppliers are above board. In this exciting data space our researchers, analysts and software developers work tirelessly to deliver the best possible customer experience and data output.
The role of a Quality Controller is critical in ensuring that reports meet company standards as well as client requirements before they are delivered. In order to achieve this, you will work closely with the research team to identify training needs and improvements to processes.
You will be part of a dynamic operations team, having access to world-class software development capabilities and a dynamic leadership team at Inoxico to support you in achieving these goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Control and Assessment (80%)
- Review subject company website to become familiar with the company overview
- Ensure the playbook requirements have been applied
- Review report attachments and ensure that relevant documents are added to delivery
- Identify additional client requirements from the report special instruction section or client communication module
- Preview report to check for grammar, spelling errors and make the necessary amendments
- Ensure that information captured in the report is validated against the subject’s website
- Include necessary dashboard commentary as per the QC manual
- Analyse report data and evaluate risk to provide an informed recommendation
- Submission of reports within required SLA’s
Prioritization and Workflow Management (10%)
- Prioritise workflow according to SLA’s
- Proactively follow up on reports declined to research to ensure SLA’s are met
- Monitor QC channel to expedite client requests
- Ensure that reports are delayed as per client requirements
- Ensure that Project work is being attended to on a regular basis to avoid backlogs
- Continuously monitor client communications module to ensure timeous response
- Ensure that productivity target is achieved
- Ensure effective and efficient responses to queries from both internal and external stakeholders
Continuous Improvement (10%)
- Build and maintain knowledge of different industries
- Build and maintain knowledge of Inoxico’s report offerings to ensure execution against all report types
- Identify trends in report quality to aid in researcher’s development
GROWTH VISION:
This role provides you with an opportunity to become involved in more specialized forms of risk analysis or team leader role.
MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE:
Coal Face/ Team Leader/ Middle Mgmt/ Senior Mgmt/ C-Suite
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Matric*
- Credit management experience
- Commercial (business to business) work experience
- Business Economics / Accounting / Finance qualification advantageous
