Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Process payroll and manage employee benefits administration.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other HR events.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Grade 12/Matric certificate required, with additional HR certifications being advantageous.
