Seeking an experienced Executive Administrator and Coordinator from a transport/ mining/ automotive/ manufacturing/ commercial vehicle/ government background to step into an executive level role .
NON-NEGOTIABLE experience includes:
- Financial management and budgeting
- Reporting to EXCO, MANCO or the board
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating support to all the structures and branches of the Association and executing the resolutions of the client's National and Executive Committees.
- Overseeing and monitoring the various sub-committees.
- Providing and coordinating industry comments and outputs on draft legislation, government policies, and reports affecting the bus industry.
- Marketing and growing the membership of the association and dealing with the range of membership and industry issues that arise.
- Managing the branches, operations, finances, staff, procurement, suppliers, and contracts of the association.
- Ensuring compliance of the Association with its constitution and bylaws, as well as the statutory requirements.
- Managing media liaison, corporate communications, social media, and reputational management of the Association across various platforms.
- Compiling the annual reports of the Association and presenting the monthly financial reports to the National Council and Executive Committee.
- Compiling the annual budget and presenting it to the client's National Council and Executive.
- Project management of the organization's Annual Conference and strategic planning sessions.
- Project management of the organization's Annual General Meeting and day events.
- Managing the client's head office and secretariat team.
