Minimum Requirements And Qualifications
- Matric, plus a tertiary or post-matric qualification in Business Administration / Logistics
- 5 years in sales administration and/or logistics, ideally in a B2B environment
- Knowledge of shipping (Incoterms advantageous)
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Computer literate, preferably with experience in relevant reporting tools
Key Performance Areas
- Supervise sales and logistics procedures, including order processing, invoicing, sales order statuses, back orders, and on-time deliveries
- Manage sales administration team
- Document management and filing of sales documents
- Implement and manage monthly reporting processes, including sales office KPI monitoring
- Provide daily sales reports and maintain visibility over demand and production forecasts
- Oversee customer feedback on sales and logistics issues
- Set weekly dispatch schedules
