- Financial reporting
- Ensure that the financial records are processed accurately and timeously.
- Prepares detailed reports on financial packs (monthly and annually).
- Financial Planning
- Participates in the provision of strategic financial planning and information.
- Investigate stock and cost of sales variances.
- Financial Control
- Establishes and maintains financial control functions to ensure conformance to legislation, policies and procedures and accounting principles.
- Manages accounting and financial systems.
- Payroll
- Manages and coordinates the payroll.
- Reviews all recruitment, promotions, and increases for new and existing staff.
- Manages staff.
- Compiles lists of the assets to be insured and the values thereof.
- Manages the maintenance and upgrade of financial, and hospitality information systems.
- Business Management
- Translation of the business goals into measurable objectives
- Monitoring the goals and objectives
- Work with the relevant HOD’s to achieve the goals
Qualifications: - B.Compt Hons Degree
- CA/CIMA/Articles
- At least 5 years' experience
