Zenith Cosmetic Clinics is home to an experienced team of world-renowned surgeons, clinicians, and dentists, who are experts in their fields and able to deliver the highest standard of care to patients.Main Role Purpose & Skill Set Requirement:This role is to provide patients with Clinical Therapy treatments, largely Laser treatments, in a professional and consultative manner. The ability to provide consultations and suggest relevant treatment plans is essential .You will need to assist the Senior Management Team ensuring there is an increase in business within the therapy department for treatment and retail sales. As a lead Therapist you will be required to lead other therapists to deliver on treatment protocols and targets. A minimum qualification of NVQ Level 4 is required.General· Ensure up to date treatment and product knowledge· Advance preparation for clinic lists· Achieve targets set in KPI framework· Provide flexibility to cover sickness, absence and additional requirements of the business· Well presented, professional in their conduct· Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesStaff Management· Manage and achieve sales target for you and other therapists in line with needs of the business· Assist in recruitment of therapists.
