Job Description:
First Group Management is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our Sales Director. This role is crucial for managing executive office operations and demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Manage and maintain the Sales Director's schedule, including appointments and meetings. Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communication on behalf of the Sales Director. Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for the Sales Director.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive office. Coordinate and organize office events, meetings, and conferences. Ensure the office environment is professional and well-organized.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the Sales Director and other employees, clients, and stakeholders. Facilitate effective internal and external communication. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives. Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Maintain discretion in all interactions and communications.

Qualifications:

- Several years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Professional certifications in office management or executive assistance (optional but beneficial).
- Advanced Excel is a must.
