Core Description
To assist in the execution of product life cycle management in the most effective way that would optimise product performance and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- OUTPUT 1: Launched Product Enhancements
- Develop preliminary screen and gain approval
- Compile product launch plan
- Obtain approval of product launch plan
- Establish product launch team
- Allocate responsibilities and target dates to team members
- Ensure execution of allocated tasks/ responsibilities
- Arrange progress review meetings
- Manage the launch function of product
- Evaluate launch and provide feedback to relevant parties
- OUTPUT 2: Trained Customers
- Identify internal customers who require training
- Identify external customers who require training
- Coordinate training content and programme with training group or conduct product management workshop
- Ensure training is provided to internal customers
- Obtain feedback with regard to training effectiveness
- OUTPUT 3: Produced Management Reports
- Obtain all relevant information
- Draw up report schedule
- Produce reports
- Forward report
- Obtain feedback/ approval with regard to submitted reports
- Utilize quality process to analyze and present data
- OUTPUT 4: Developed Product Plans
- Document product plans
- Obtain buy in from stakeholders
- Finalize product plans
- Approve product plans
- Compile virtual team
- OUTPUT 5: Executed Product Plans
- Allocate responsibilities and target dates to team members
- Arrange progress review meetings
- Ensure execution of allocated tasks/ responsibilities
- OUTPUT 6: Managed Customer Portfolio
- Compile reports
- Analyse data
- Identify trends
- Make recommendations

Additional Information
Experience:
- Experience, of which at least 1 year in marketing and telecommunications, or at least 1 year in Product Management/ Development/ Technical Product Development operational experience.
