Co-ordinating complex international and local travel arrangements.
Co-ordinating complex diary management.
Assisting with preparation of presentations.
Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.
Interaction with staff including other executives as well as external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience as above where the candidate must have assisted a CEO/MD of a sizeable business is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the willingness to excel in an entrepreneurial organisation.
- Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
- High computer literacy.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively.
- Ability to be adaptable and manage in a fast-paced environment.
