We have an amazing opportunity for a Business Intelligence Team Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily management and task allocation of the BI Team, as well as the development of internal business intelligence reports and support as required to the Head of Business Intelligence. The role will work closely with various business owners and the BI Teams from BET Software to gain insight into data sources/issues, avoid duplication of efforts, and analyze financial data and operational processes to design and implement new streamlined processes.

A Bonus To Have:
- A relevant qualification (e.g., Finance, Statistics, Economics, Business Studies, Information Management).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Power BI experience.
- Basic SQL experience.
- 5 years’ experience in a data/analytical field.

- Assist the Head of Business Intelligence in providing team support and strategic analytical services.
- Work closely with management to identify team growth areas and assist in creating actionable development plans.
- Analyze financial information to assist in business profitability and growth.
- Oversee and compile reports for senior team members and stakeholders.
- Communicate trends and analysis across the business to make strategic decisions.
- Engage with various business owners to understand their needs and provide commentary on reports.
