TRAINING OFFICER 6 MONTHS CONTRACT DURBAN R33 000 pm
Location: Durban - KwaZulu Natal
An exceptional opportunity awaits a dynamic individual with the right qualifications and experience to drive key learning and development initiatives in the business. This individual will also harmonize various L&D aspects amongst internal and external stakeholders throughout the business.
Reporting to: Senior Manager: Organisational Development & Change
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and facilitate internal and external training programs within the Financial Sector and Regulator.
- Assist to align the training materials as per the latest training trends, as and when required.
- Compile in-house reports to support Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR).
- Initiate and drive impactful OD projects which achieve the intended objectives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders ie BankSETA, FASSET etc.
- Facilitate L&D Projects and Interventions as per requirements.
- Manage, coordinate and facilitate Learnerships and Experiential Learning Programmes.
- Oversee the SDF Function and requirements for Ithala Soc Ltd.
- Provide reports to external & internal stakeholders relating to Learnership, training & OD programmes.
- Troubleshoot & problem solve within the learnership programmes and OD department, as and when required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric
- A Diploma or a Degree in Human Resources Development or equivalent qualification will be advantageous.
- A Certificate in Education: Training and Development.
- Accredited as an Assessor and Moderator with at least 3 years experience as a Registered Moderator.
- Accredited as a Skills Development Facilitator.
- Must have relevant experience within the HRD field.
- Manual development and design experience for interventions.
- Valid Code 08 Drivers License.
