Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Intervene and provide technical resolution support across the business outputs.
- Month end process
- Investment administration
- Claims process
- Financial control
- Audits
- Client service
System and Process Design: Validation and implementation (Everest, Workflow, Qlikview etc.). Provide user training and documentation for supported applications.
Project Management
Client Relationship Management: Manage broker and key client relationships. Provide technical support to clients. Manage client queries efficiently and ensure effective communication and responses. Prepare and compile various reports per internal or external requests.
New Business: Manage and process installation i.e. set-up of headers, apply mandates and process contributions for a period of 3 months or as agreed.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric with Maths Higher Grade
- BCom or BSc degree or similar an advantage
- Everest experience an advantage
- 1-3 years working experience in employee benefits
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
