Job Title: Technical Manager
Hire Resolves client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join their team in Benoni, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all technical operations within the organisation
- Develop and implement technical strategies to achieve company goals
- Lead a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that all technical projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions
- Stay current on industry trends and developments to inform decision-making
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc(Hons) in Food Science or similar.
- Food Hygiene Training - Level 3 minimum.
- HACCP - Intermediate/Advanced.
- Minimum of 10 Years' experience in a similar role in FMCG.
- Retort and export customers experience essential.
- Must have extensive knowledge and experience in Food Safety System Audits (BRC & UK-IBL Audit requirements)
- Allergen Management.
- Lead Auditor.
- WW and/or M&S Customer Procedures/Audit experience.
