Key Responsibilities
- Diverse Sourcing and Talent Mapping:
- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify top talent.
- Develop innovative outreach strategies to attract a wide range of candidates.
- Gain a deep understanding of the talent landscape across different functions and industries through talent mapping.
- Candidate Engagement and Assessment:
- Serve as the bridge between candidates and our clients.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews, assessing candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Provide comprehensive information about our clients and the role, ensuring transparency and fairness.
- Guiding Candidates Through the Process:
- Track candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining complete documentation on candidates' qualifications and status.
- Maintain open communication, addressing candidate concerns and questions promptly.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
- Candidate Placement:
- Facilitate offer negotiations between candidates and hiring managers.
- Leverage metrics to generate reports and identify areas for recruitment strategy enhancement.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Embrace a collaborative mindset.
- Leverage data and metrics to analyze the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Ideal Applicant
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in agency-related recruiting, preferably within the tech, media, or SaaS industries.
- 2-5 years of agency-related recruiting experience.
- Sourcing experience using a variety of tools.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system.
- A meticulous approach to organization.
- A network of sales, marketing, account management, and/or product employees.
- An innate understanding of how to prioritize.
