Responsibilities:
- Engage with the Commercial Team and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, particularly in the accuracy of figures in all reports
- Adhere to deadlines, policies, and procedures to achieve main objectives
- Address queries, assist in problem resolution, and escalate issues when necessary
- Identify and recommend improvements to working procedures to enhance efficiency and the working environment
- Maximize the use of in-house systems for efficient reporting and follow-up
- Support and leverage Admin Team colleagues by sharing skills and knowledge on relevant policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Grade 12/Matric/Senior Certificate
- Tertiary qualification in any business-related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (Admin, Sales, or Marketing)
- Proficient in computer literacy, with intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong administration abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Ability to perform tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
