The Meyer Brothers Holdings have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Administrator based at the head office in Hilton. We are looking for the right candidate to join our dynamic team for a fixed term period.
The role is responsible for assisting the Fleet and Auxiliary Services Manager and the Operations team in all facility matters and other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Engaging with service providers
- Lease register administration
- Attending to insurance issues regarding lease properties
- Sourcing of most cost-effective quotes for repairs and maintenance
- Co-ordinating the servicing and repairs of fire extinguishers and air conditioners
- Co-ordinating security contracts and armed response for Head-Office and Branches
- Managing hygiene services contract and stock distribution for Head Office and Branches
- Facilitating Generator/Invertor repairs and maintenance
- Facilitating waste management
- Managing and co-ordination of printer contract
- Dealing with health and safety issues identified relative to facilities
- Overseeing reception and providing relief when required
Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- 3 – 5 years proven experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualification in a similar field is advantageous
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
- Excellent attention to detail
- Workable knowledge of the Fleet and Management System
