About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Belmond. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability for our luxury hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis and Insights : Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Sales Strategy and Planning : Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Client Relationships and Entertainment : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and conduct site inspections and client entertaining as required.
- Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting : Track and record sales activities and account growth, and provide regular reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Team Collaboration and Support : Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing in preparations of presentations, market research, sales action plans, and other projects as required.
Requirements
- Experience and Qualifications : 3-5 years' relevant experience within a similar role, ideally in the luxury hospitality industry, and a relevant industry-related diploma or degree.
- Skills and Abilities : Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, demonstrated ability to be innovative and creative, and exceptional communication and administrative skills.
