- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Key Performance Areas
- Supervise a team of hygiene technicians to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services
- Coordinate daily schedules and assignments for cleaning teams
- Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and address client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, including proper usage and storage
- Report on team performance, client feedback, and any issues to management
