Summary of Role
This role will be instrumental in shaping Numata's marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and leading a talented team of marketing professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and exceptional leadership skills.
You are a formal representative of Numata and will act as a brand ambassador, maintaining excellent customer relationships and protecting the Numata brand and values.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to, those outlined below.
- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Analysis: Analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Business Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Manage and Collaborate: Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content, and traditional marketing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
- Marketing Budget: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
- KPIs: Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimise marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date: With industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
Skills & Experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior or leadership marketing role, with proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Inbound Marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficient in marketing automation (HubSpot), marketing operations, Canva, Adobe Apps (Illustrator, Photoshop), WordPress, research, data management, and analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with extreme attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
