We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Quality & Operations Controller to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations, minimizing emergency situations, and improving overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a Destination Management Company (DMC) on the operations side.
Key Responsibilities: - Ensure smoother operations and reduce emergency phone calls.
- Delegate tasks effectively.
- Double-check tours for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure proper preparation of tours well in advance.
- Maintain a comprehensive overview of operations.
- Improve time management and resource allocation.
- Oversee workflow and prevent mistakes.
- Be knowledgeable about alternative accommodations and activities.
- Improve profit margins.
- Streamline partner and supplier bookings.
- Act as the first point of contact when issues arise.
