The HR Manager will develop and implement human resource policies and procedures and coordinate. Responsible for developing and implementing human resource policies and procedures and coordinating various HR activities such as recruitment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, employee services, and payroll administration. The selected candidate will ensure that their responsibilities align with and exceed our business objectives, contributing to the company’s long-term success.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
HR Management:

Oversee and support cost-effective recruitment and selection processes, including reference checks, verification of qualifications, testimonials, and necessary pre-employment assessments.

Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including issuing employment contracts, ensuring all required documents are completed, and processing employee benefit and internal system applications.
Payroll:

Prepare and submit monthly reports and statutory returns, including UIF, PAYE, SDL, and Workers' Compensation.

Maintain and update payroll systems, ensuring all updates are loaded, backups are made, and IRP5 forms are processed.
Minimum requirements:
✓ Matric & post-grad qualification in HR or IR management
✓ 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
