IDEAL EXPERIENCE:
Working as a senior marketing executive/marketing manager in either a recruitment company or a supplier to the recruitment industry and has experiencing of mentoring/managing people. Has previously had MQL/SQL targets or has a desire to move away from a “branding” role and has strong commercial awareness as to how activity translates to results.
JOB PROFILE:
Meet’s Growth Marketing Manager is a pivotal role in empowering the sales team and engaging the Life Sciences community. With a focus on account-based marketing strategies (client-based) to drive predictable revenue and campaigns to maximise the lifetime value of our contractor base, this role will utilise all the technology we invest in - specifically across the Bullhorn ecosystem (CRM, automation, and analytics). This person will also be the lead on any employer branding campaigns that Meet secures as part of its Consult service offering.
The role is one of innovation and proactivity. The person will be encouraged to try, fail and learn - building campaigns that resonate with Meet’s vision, engage our community, and create memorable experiences for both candidates and clients – ultimately with the aim to create qualified leads and revenue.
This role means being close to the challenges of our clients, understanding the world of Life Sciences and continuously being curious. As such, partnership with Meet’s global sales teams is essential. It requires a technically creative yet logical mind which is focused on solutions and results.
The role will have two direct reports which includes a Senior Content Writer and a Senior Videographer. Reporting into the VP of the division, the person in the role will help realise opportunity, turn data into decisions, and engagement into growth for all of Meet’s global offices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, create and execute engagement strategies to existing customer bases with the purpose to drive intents to hire, inbound qualified leads and ultimately revenue
- Manage the execution of our automation strategy across our CRM platform to continuously engage with the Meet community based on their active status
- Share opportunities with CSD and 360 sales teams around At Risk customers and new business opportunities
- Work with CP Inc & CSD to develop upsell opportunities around our distinct service offerings
- Understand and evolve the recruitment process to maintain data integrity, segmentation and clear touchpoint opportunities for engagement and feedback (including NPS) purposes
- Lead the drive on gathering case studies of success across all of Meet's service lines
- Create, execute and create recommendations based off of a bi-annual sentiment survey
- Manage the bespoke feedback and communication services, where relevant, for our CP Inc and volume hiring clients
- Day-to-day management of the content team ensuring that we are hitting associated targets around website performance, social media presence and lead generation.
THE PERSON:
- Proven knowledge of delivering Account Based Marketing campaigns including management of a CRM
- A track record of setting up automations that make processes more efficient, drive customer engagement
- Project management experience to navigate strategies and campaigns with precision and purpose to hit agreed milestones.
- An inventive mind, unafraid of the iterative process of creativity and learning.
- The knowledge and enthusiasm to educate and influence stakeholders
- A history of successful strategy implementation, with metrics to back up your wins.
- An ability to create engaging stories through words and visuals that capture the essence of our industry.
