This is a unique opportunity for someone with proven U.S market expertise, to work within a fast-growing and highly respected software company, collaborating with some of the most prestigious global fashion brands. Our client is seeking someone with great fashion, selling, business development and technology/SaaS expertise gained in the U.S market, to join the UK head office for a year, with the potential to locate to the U.S thereafter.
We’re seeking a highly motivated, ambitious, and proven BD & Sales professional, with integral expertise in the U.S marketplace, to join our client’s dynamic head office BD team. We’re keen to speak to individuals with a great work ethic, able to be hands on with outreaches, adept at selling SaaS product or tech subscription-based product to fashion & lifestyle businesses. You will be a pivotal part of the business development team & global growth strategy!
Responsibilities
- U.S market expansion & penetration.
- Researching & qualifying leads for target businesses & prospecting these.
- Outreaches, include engaging content, working in conjunction with marketing, social media & personally outreaching to prospective clients.
- Confirm & deliver effective demonstrations that are informative, professional, and adapted to the client’s requirements.
- Manage inbound leads acquired through outbound efforts.
- Deliver and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities, forecast predicted outcomes accurately and pivot activity accordingly.
- Negotiate packages and build competitive proposals – Understanding cost to value proposition, closing deals to achieve sales targets.
- Up to date with industry trends & competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross functionally & work in conjunction with the Marketing, Client Success, and Product Teams to ensure a cohesive & seamless approach to business development, sales & growth.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years of B2B Fashion SaaS sales experience/lead generation in the U.S market.
- Proven record of achieving new business sales revenues.
- Understanding of the U.S fashion industry & global competitors.
- Tenacious and result oriented.
- Great ambassador for the brand. Can work autonomously & in collaboration with the team.
- Confident communicator when speaking to prospects, establishing rapport, and driving action whether digitally or in person.
- Excellent listening skills, superb attention to detail with emotional intelligence to understand a prospect’s requirements & business gaps.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, organised, great at prioritising & excellent time management skills.
- Persistent and resilient overcoming objections.
- Thrives in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.
- Positive outlook with a great sense of humour!
- PC Literacy
- (i.e. Google Workspace, Salesforce, Monday.com, LinkedIn, Apollo).
Remuneration:
Basic Salary 70K - 80K Basic + 20% annual bonus + Bens
