Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a 1st Line Helpdesk Engineer located in Doncaster. As a Helpdesk Engineer, you will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, help desk support, printer support, computer hardware maintenance, and ensuring smooth IT operations for our clients.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Help Desk Support and Printer Support experience
- Knowledge of Computer Hardware maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus
- Excellent team working and customer service skills are a must
Previous MSP experience is required.
