Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Digital Account Manager at Be A Bear. As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing accounts, developing and delivering digital strategies, coordinating projects, and driving audience engagement. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing client relationships and growing their audiences.
The Perfect Candidate:
- 3 years of social media management across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X
- Experience in the Music or Entertainment Industry is a must.
- Proven experience in content management, with a focus on social
- Experience in developing a social media strategy
- Entrepreneurial and agile when it comes to their work approach
- Strong written skills, with the ability to craft creative and persuasive content
- A passion for media and entertainment brands
- An understanding and interest in new social media tools and trends
- Excellent time management
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships, strategy, reporting, uploading, and guiding the wider team to fulfil channel objectives
- Develop and curate engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including social media, strategically growing the channels.
- Utilise social media analytics, particularly for Meta, X, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce visually appealing and on-brand materials.
- Align social media content with overall marketing and communication strategies.
- Oversee the creation, organisation, and maintenance of visual and written assets, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
- Use Adobe Creative Cloud suite, such as Premiere Pro and Photoshop. Experience with After Effects is appreciated.
- Manage content schedules, uploads, and handle claims on the channels.
- Focus on growing digital channels, specifically Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and X.
- Report to clients and the wider team, along with the Channel Manager.
- Identify channel trends and follow competitor behaviour and general social trends.
- Passionate about great content, advertising, brands, and publishers.
- Managing 2-3 junior team members
Experience:
We expect applicants to have a proven track record on growing social media channels in previous roles. You should have a good understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
