Overview
You will be integral to shaping and leading total reward priorities within a pioneering technology-driven company. This role involves developing customer-centric, data-led benefit initiatives, managing educational and engagement programs, and ensuring that total reward practices are future-proofed and customer-centric.
Your expertise will guide the business through change and risk management, enhancing organisational performance and supporting strategic business aspirations. With a focus on continual upskilling and integrating best practices, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a superior total reward experience for colleagues and aligning with the company's long-term goals.
The role
You will be responsible for:
- Gathering insights from external vendors, colleagues, corporate HR Teams, and others to enhance the Total Reward Experience.
- Leading the development of customer-centric, data-led benefit initiatives that deliver appropriate outcomes for colleagues.
- Identifying opportunities to educate colleague segments, managing and delivering education and engagement programs throughout the performance cycle.
- Partnering with the L&D team to build a Total Reward learning journey integrated throughout business activities.
- Acting as the subject matter expert and leading on continual upskilling across HR and the business by integrating best practices to increase the impact of total reward on organisational performance.
- Ensure the Reward team has the critical tools and capabilities to deliver Total Reward education and training.
- Ensuring appropriate governance to manage tasks and issues within Total Reward.
- Advising the business to deliver compliant and evolving flexible benefit offerings.
The experience
You will ideally tick some of the following boxes:
- Technical Benefit Knowledge including a deep understanding of benefit markets and regulatory frameworks.
- Expertise in building and delivering engagement and education initiatives to enhance the total reward experience.
- Proficient in business strategy and performance drivers.
- Skilled in implementing total reward approaches.
- Ability to use data and insights to advocate for total reward changes.
- Confident and influential communicator, adaptable to different audiences.
- Continuous learner and thought leader, capable of coaching and knowledge sharing.
