Job DescriptionOur client is seeking an experienced Employment Partner to join their distinguished employment and litigation team in London. The team is renowned for providing top-tier employment counseling and handling complex employment litigation across their international office network.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex employment litigation cases, including employment moves, enforcement of restrictive covenants, breach of duty, conspiracy actions, and employee data breaches.
- Provide expert counsel to boards, general counsel, chairmen, and chief executives on employment-related issues, ensuring the highest standard of service.
- Advise on non-contentious employment matters, including internal investigations, regulatory breaches, whistleblowing, fraud, and theft or misuse of company property.
- Oversee employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, reorganisations, collective redundancies, and outsourcing, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with extensive experience in employment law, particularly in litigation and high-stakes advisory roles.
- Proven track record of managing complex employment litigation cases, with expertise in restrictive covenants, breach of duty, and employee data breaches.
- Strong advisory experience on non-contentious employment matters, including internal investigations and employment aspects of corporate transactions.
- Strong business development acumen with the ability to drive growth within the firm’s core sectors.
- An established network within the London legal market.
