My Product Path are recruiting on behalf of a travel & loyalty company for an Associate Product Manager in London or Manchester to join them on a permanent basis.
Reporting to a Senior Product Manager, you will assist in product development, data analysis and market research. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall product management function in the development, launch, and ongoing management of products.
This role requires a mix of analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively and collaboratively across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to support the product development process.
- Assist in the creation of product specifications, requirements, and documentation.
- Participate in product testing and quality assurance activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Assist in gathering and analysing data to support product strategy and decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to the product team.
- Monitor the performance of products in the market, including sales, customer feedback, and other KPIs.
- Provide recommendations for product enhancements or discontinuations based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to understand customer feedback, and pain points to drive product improvements.
- Engage with customers to validate product concepts and gather insights.
- Assist in training internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service) on new product features and benefits.
About You
- 1-2 years of experience in product, marketing, or a related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
