Location: London HQ - Hybrid
Salary: £65,000-£75,000 x2 OTE + Shares!
Would you be interested in working for an award winning, hyper growth MarTech business? With an impressive expanding client list, the business is currently experiencing rocketship growth following recent investment.
You will be responsible for building Mid-Market to Enterprise-level relationships, selling their market leading MarTech offering and owning deals end to end. This role will be a hybrid of acquiring net-new customers and driving further expansion within existing customers in an assigned geography or vertical. The ideal candidate will be curious by nature, a strategic hunter, and possess strong relationship-building skills.
You will be reporting directly into the UK CRO .
With no signs of slowing down they are also on course for another record year of growth in 2024! There is a huge demand in their market at the moment for their portfolio of MarTech solutions.
They have invested heavily over the last 12 months into operations, delivery and sales. They also have some fantastic leadership opportunities, very competitive base salary/OTE + share options.
Ideal experience you will have:
- 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in fast-paced SaaS/MarTech sales across Mid-Market and Enterprise
- Ideally sold into in Sales and/or Marketing leaders
- Experience managing a full sales cycle including your own outreach and pipeline generation
- Natural executor of standardised sales process eg MEDDICC, Sandler, Challenger
- Charismatic, empathetic and a strong desire to succeed together
- Consistent track record of over-achieving quota
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to navigate complex deals and a busy pipeline
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify and translate complex ideas to different audiences
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot and other outreach tools
