Job Description1st Line Support Engineer
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Location: South London / Kent - Onsite
We have partnered up with a Large-scale MSP supporting over 200 companies including charities, health work, and global organisations specialising in Cloud Computing, Virtualisation.
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Very comfortable with Networking understanding (TCP/IP, Subnetting, DHCP, Firewalls, Routers and Switches)
- Understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting (CPU, RAM, Storage etc)
- Password sharing management with User administration systems (ActiveDirectory, Office 365 Admin management) and Email systems (Microsoft Outlook, Hosted Exchange)
- Great communication skills - verbal and written
- Writing and maintaining documentation for troubleshooting procedures and system configurations
- Experience writing and maintaining documentation for troubleshooting procedures and system configurations
