Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify properties and their potential value.
- Provide guidance and assist buyers/sellers in marketing and purchasing property.
- Facilitate property transactions and handle negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts to leverage for business opportunities.
- Prepare and present property listings, purchase agreements, and other relevant documents.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with other real estate agents and professionals to ensure optimal client service.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
- Valid UK driving license (preferred).
