Job DescriptionOur client is a highly renowned, globally positioned active Asset Manager with an impressive track record, looking to hire a UK sales support associate.
They are looking for someone with a background in distribution and no less than 1 year of relevant Asset Management experience. *This role is a long term FTC*
Key responsibilities and duties include:
- Design and production of key sales material
- Investment writing in regards to RFPs and other ad hoc queries
- Support business development throughout the sales process e.g. planning and organization of meeting materials and subsequent follow up as needed
- Oversight and maintenance of CRM systems
- Consolidate prospect and client feedback
- Help coordinate institutional marketing meetings, including briefing information, presentation materials etc
- Assisting in the production and oversight of client pitches, fund newsletters, factsheets and other client communication
- Coordination and facilitation of various client communication channels
- Preparation and sign off of supporting materials for relationship managers and fund managers
Necessary qualifications and competencies:
- Minimum one year of experience in asset management. Ideally within a client service or investor relations type role.
- RFP experience advantageous
- Experience of using Salesforce (CRM)
- Enthusiasm, positive work ethic, dynamic and an entrepreneurial attitude would fit in well
- Ideally immediately available or a short notice period as it is a long-term FTC.
