Job DescriptionAre you ready to step into a pivotal role within a small but mighty People team? My Consultancy client is seeking a high calibre People Partner for a 12 month FTC, covering maternity leave.
Reporting directly to the Head of People, you’ll have loads of exposure and the chance to make a real difference. This role offers a blend of autonomy and support, with an office base in Central London, but a flexible approach to on site working (roughly 1 day on site each week).
You will…
- Be managing high level, complex, ER cases, and you’ll need to be entirely comfortable and competent in doing so. Experience of this will need to be demonstrated.
- Be the go to for all things HR - expect to be hands on with both day to day and annual tasks.
- Be an Excel whizz. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are essential, as you’ll be creating intuitive spreadsheets and ensuring data accuracy.
- Be tracking payroll changes throughout the month and co-ordinating with the external payroll provider.
- Be keeping the policy manual up to date, taking a keen interest in the latest employment laws and ensuring compliance.
You are…
- A true HR Generalist with strong experience in Employee Relations, handling complex casework comfortably.
- Data savvy with excellent Excel skills, and able to manage and interpret HR data.
- Experienced in providing operational HR excellence and have a passion for process management.
- Proactive, meticulous and capable to work autonomously.
- Curious, with a go-getter mindset.
