Responsibilities
- Handle administrative tasks for the business and the team
- Office Management: Responsible for smooth operations at our small office in the West End
- Document & post management: establish and manage an efficient filing system and automated workflows
- Finance: Be the link to our external accounting & finance team
- HR, Team & Culture: coordinate our HR workstreams and organise regular team & client events
- Occasional assistance to the team with meeting and travel coordination
Requirements
- Experience as office manager, executive/team assistant, project manager or similar
- Positive attitude, proactivity and reliability are key
- Flexibility – this is a role with diverse and changing tasks in a newly launched company. Therefore, multi-tasking and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are required. You need to be able to work autonomously with a problem-solver mindset
- Efficient use of office software and some familiarity with online / AI tools
- Right to work in the UK
- Fluent in English, additionally French and/or German of advantage
- Office-based role, but some flexibility for remote work
