Responsibilities
- Overseeing the development of software products and applications.
- Eliciting and briefing functional requirements through process mapping.
- Ensuring systems are operating within business standards.
- Contributing to systems planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.
- Conducting and presenting a feasibility analysis for proposed systems projects.
- Establishing key performance indicators.
- Analysing project and systems data, producing insights to optimize performance.
- Identifying problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions.
- Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.
- Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining systems documentation and reports.
- Maintaining systems contracts and financials.
Qualifications
- Degree in a STEM subject or related field.
- 1 – 2 years of experience.
- Strong Excel skills required, SQL and Power BI experience desired.
- Knowledge of common technology stacks.
- An understanding of the software product lifecycle.
- Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A keen attention to details, strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
