The role requires support in all aspects of our business, tasks will range from meeting customers to auditing, individuals must be able to adapt well and apply themselves to any job required to enable growth of the business and support to ensure smooth functioning of our daily operations.

Competent IT skills
Project Management
Developing new aspects of the business such as sub letting
Cold Calling
Improving efficiencies
Operational support including out of hours holiday/weekend cover
Visits to customers
HGV qualification or willing to gain this qualification to support the business
Human resource support-managing existing staff against KPI’s, interview potential new staff, employment law compliance
Health & Safety training
Auditing
Marketing
Planning
The role is a flexible role, that will allow an individual to improve on existing skills and learn new skills. There will be occasional performance related incentives.
